ABOUT MARGARET

Creator of , Margaret has many years of experience in working with individuals, small business, entrepreneurs as well as boards of directors.  With a focus to assist individuals and organizations in developing solutions to their needs, Margaret is dedicated to helping people make a positive difference in their lives, enhance their performance and improve their skills to achieve a more profitable future, personal balance and fulfillment in life.

She is a graduate of CoachU, a member of the International Coach Federation and past Director of the Tampa Bay Professional Coach Association.  Margaret has been coaching for more than 15 years and has a wide variety of clients, including corporate clients, entrepreneurs, and individuals who want to improve their quality of life.

She is also a facilitator and trainer with programs such as “All Stressed Out and Nowhere to Go?  Find Your Relief Here!” – stress management; “Time Efficiency” – time management; “Leading Effective Meetings;” “Professionalism, It is for Everyone;”  utilizing assessments such as DiSC® Personal Profile, Coping & Stress / Stress Relief, and Time Management.  In addition, she developed her own seminars on communication skills and dressing for success.

Margaret has a Master Certificate of Applied Project Management from Villanova University, one of the top schools in the country in project management education.  She is past-president of the Board of Directors of her homeowners association, Westchester Shores Homeowners Association where she was the project coordinator of their $2.4 million construction renovation.  This project began in the fall of 2002 and was completed by late 2005.
