CNS Web Creations provides training services to clients who wish to make routine updates to their web sites.* Training session topics will include but are not limited to:
- Software requirements
- Making text changes
- Adding, changing or removing images
- Publishing changes live to the web
CNS Web Creations provides on-site training to familiarize your employees with how to use their web site. These sessions will cover:
- Detailed review of the contents and elements of your site
- The correct way to respond to online inquiries
- How to promote your web site
- How your web site can save your organization money
- How your web site can make you money
*Note: When multiple website authors make changes to your web site, we ask all parties to observe strict publishing protocols to insure that one author does not overwrite the work of another. One person should be the site's Webmaster and maintain a complete copy of the most recently updated site.
In the event, the site becomes non-functionable due to changes made by the Client's employee(s), CNS Web Creations may charge an hourly fee to restore the web site to its previous working condition.
